The premiXengine™ is a gas-air control system consisting of two major components: a new
combustion air fan and field-proven gas valve and venturi, including an optional throttle function.
The system uses a pressurized gas-air control system, where the fan is supplying combustion air only,
and gas is mixed downstream of the fan.
The air pressure signal is connected to the fan pressure pick-up point and the gas valve regulator.
The required gas-air ratio is set by offset and throttle adjustment, and the boiler load is controlled by fan modulation.
Fan details
■ Housing material is glass reinforced, dissipative PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate)
